About Us
Eagle Industries began over 25 years ago as a small furniture and cabinet manufacturer based in southern California. In 1992, the company relocated to Bowling Green, KY and began production in a portion of the former Dibrell Tobacco Company warehouse. Known as American Oak Furniture at that time, the company had approximately 50 employees and operated in a 60,000 square foot facility. In 1994, the name of the company was changed to Eagle Industries to allow the product line to expand, yet keep the link to American-made production.
Today Eagle Industries employs over 400 people and operates in 625,000 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space. Our products are sold at retail outlets throughout the continental United States and Canada. Our current product line offers a variety of furniture styles and finishes sure to fit in any décor.
The Eagle Advantage
We are a made-to-order manufacturer, which means we do not keep a large inventory of products. Our production process does not start until we receive your order. Every piece of furniture is built just for you, and all aspects of production are done on-site. This allows us to maintain one of the fastest lead times in the industry (an average of 3.5 to 4 weeks from order to delivery—that’s about 4 weeks faster than many of our competitors).
Eagle Industries also owns and operates a subsidiary trucking company, Eagle Transportation. Our fleet currently consists of 15 trucks and 40 trailers. Our drivers and shipping department pride themselves in making sure that the quality of our products is maintained through the entire packaging and delivery process.
Looking to the Future
At Eagle Industries, our goal is to continue to be a leader in the industry by manufacturing high-quality and environmentally-conscious products. In 2011 Eagle Industries joined the Sustainable Furnishings Council (SFC), a group that is committed to sustainability efforts in the home furnishings industry. Also in 2011, we introduced our first-ever outdoor furniture collection, Bear River, made from a unique, sustainable, composite material.
