Q: Why should I consider purchasing Eagle furniture?
A: Eagle offers a wide variety of furniture designs and collections. By offering multiple finishes and glass options, customers can choose the best style for their home. Eagle maintains one of the shortest manufacturing to delivery times in the industry. We pride ourselves in manufacturing quality, durable products that are built exclusively in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Q: What type of furniture do you specialize in?
A: We specialize in quality case good furniture including Home Entertainment products, Home Office solutions, Composite Outdoor Living furniture, Kitchen/Dining products, Curios, Occasional Tables, and more. Please search our product line to see our full furniture selection.

Q: Do you sell any type of chairs, dining tables or upholstered furniture?
A: No. Eagle does not manufacture any type of upholstered furniture. We also currently do not manufacture tables and chairs to correspond with dining hutches and buffets.

Q: What is your furniture made of?
A: Our furniture is manufactured using a combination of solid woods (Oak, Poplar, Birch, and Maple) and veneers over plywood.

Q: What finishes are available?
A: Our paints and stains are categorized into Oak and Poplar finishes. Our Oak products are available in multiple stains, or these products can be ordered unfinished. Our Poplar products come in a variety of stained or painted finishes. We do not sell Poplar items unfinished. Please refer to the item's information page for more specific information.

Q: What glass options are available?
A: Eagle offers several different glass types for our products. Please refer to the item's information page for more specific information.

Q: Can I, as a consumer, purchase furniture directly from Eagle Industries or from an Eagle showroom?
A: No, Eagle Industries’ furniture is not sold directly to the public. You may purchase our products from a local furniture retailer, or through several online retailers.

Q: Can I, as a consumer, order a replacement part directly through Eagle?
A: No. Please contact the retailer from which you bought the furniture. Eagle Industries only authorizes replacement parts for our retail customers and sales force.

Q: Do you provide finish and glass samples?
A: Eagle does not provide finish and glass samples for end consumers. If you are a consumer and would like to see our finishes or glass options, please contact your local Eagle retailer. Our retail customers can order finish samples from us. Retail stores can call Customer Service or speak with their Sales Representative for more information.

Q: Do you provide pricing for retail customers?
A: No. Eagle does not provide retail pricing.

Q: Can I request an addition or deletion to a piece of Eagle furniture?
A: No. Eagle does not build any customized furniture. All of our products are manufactured to existing specifications.

Q: Do I have to assemble your furniture when I receive it?
A: No. Eagle furniture is shipped to the furniture retailer fully assembled and ready to use.

Q: Can I request a catalog or price list?
A: Catalogs are only available for viewing at our furniture retailers. Eagle does not provide catalogs and price list to the general public.

Q: Is information on the website up to date at all times?
A: While we do our best, we reserve the right to change any style, price, color, and/or size. Customers may not be notified of these changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
